Is there a furniture store that approves with bad credit?

My credit score is 550 and I don’t know why I have never been late on any of my credit card payments. So far this week I have been to Ashley furniture store and one other both declined me for 600 dollars is there one that I can get approved at. I would rather stay away from Arrons and Rent a Center as I don’t want 150 dollar a month payments. Thanks for any advice.

You should do without until you can come up with the $$$. $600 isn’t that much if you put your mind to it. Also, since you’ve applied for credit and have been rejected, you are entitled to a free credit report from the agency who declined you. Get it ASAP and research your score. Perhaps there is a mistake on it.

The only other things I can think of is save your money to pay for the furniture up front or you could just put it in layaway and pay on half and then when you have the rest of the money pay the rest and get the furniture out of layaway.
